We are sorry to hear this but when it comes to WooCommerce, you will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme's change log once the update is out.
As well as when it comes to the Widgets, we are doing our best to release the fix for this issue as soon as possible. This might cause an issue with the widgets so please try using the following plugin until we release a new theme update: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/
The theme will be updated as soon as possible and if you need assistance with any theme related questions you are more than welcome to submit a ticket to our Help Center and one of our support agents will assist you.
We do hope that this will be resolved and that you will reconsider your rating.

The theme is working correctly on our local installation and all of our themes do get strictly tested before they can even be released. As we do not have enough information about what it is that you find troublesome we would appreciate if you could please submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email, include url of your site and your purchase code in the email, and one of our support agents will gladly help you.

fast, precise and detailed support.
This is the best of all the over 20 premium themes i have purchased from Envato. Not a single problem in installation and the animations are so beautiful and simple to edit. So professionally developed. Happy to have purchased this one. Certainly a special one.

Really bad template. Very hard to work with it and to customize some things. Need to get an wordpress expert and to get in code. Try to avoid this developer.

We didn't have any reported issues about theme functionality from you, so we don't really know why would you need a developer. When it comes to theme options and adjustments, our support staff can and already helped you with that.
If there were some custom requests, it's important to note that we don't accept custom work and don't extend our theme beyond the default functionalities. If there's some issue that needs to be fixed, according to your report, we'll fix it right away, however, for functionalities that are not present by default, we're not in a position to help you with that.
