The support and documentation is poor. The support only ask to read the documentation. And the list of videos have not been updated since 2015.

We have extremely detailed documentation including video walk throughs. I've checked the support forum and most of our responses to your tickets are links to the video tutorials. It is unfortunate that you are leaving a poor review due to your unwillingness to check the theme documentation.
Received quick and helpful support on a Saturday and I was able to set up the theme successfully
Used this theme for 4 years just upgraded to the latest offering from the same developer Progression Studios.
Very happy with their work and service.
Was not compatible with my MLS feed. Lots of bugs.

MLS: We don't have any MLS feed support, nor do we advertise this. However you can easily add-in support for MLS feeds using plugins like https://wordpress.org/plugins/dsidxpress/
It would be great if you could jump into our support forums and get any help you need, then update your rating.
this is one of the best themes I have worked with... no issues, fast, elegant and offers all many features that you just want...
Very intuitive and I should say a lot of thinking has gone behind to design this elegantly...
