There is something wrong with the logo option. I set the same logo in every logo option (sticky,ligth,dark etc.) but the default logo does not change. It changes the size but not the picture. Weird. Also if i right click the image and copy the path it does not show my path but this: http://freestyle.edge-themes.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/logo.png

It could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

I know my support has finished but the latest theme update seems to conflict with Ultimate members forms (tested by switching to default theme) the website has always been working but now with the theme update, when one tries to click on a form field dropdownlist it appears to jump to the bottom of the page, please let me know what I could possibly do to rectify this? thanks very much
I found the issue, the theme is also using: select2.min.js which needs to be excluded
I have excluded it from assets\js\modules\woocommerce.js, please advise where else it should be removed as the themes code has no changed. thanks very much

The select2.min.js from the theme is located only in wp-content\themes\freestyle\assets\js\modules\plugins\select2.min.js
Please note that WooCommerce plugin is also using select2.min.js.

Thanks, How can I exclude this script from the theme, it’s only ultimate members plugin and the theme loading the script on these registration pages. Previously support told me where to exclude it but now with the new theme update its not working, thank you.

Since this is something you do on your own, please note that every time after the theme update, all template files are reverted to their default states. That’s why every time we released an update you need to remove those theme files again.

Thanks but you misunderstanding, I know where to change it based on the previous theme however that doesnt seem to be relevant now. I cant open support ticket as support has expired. Should be a simple line of code that needs to be rem’d out.

Concerns: I have sent many messages asking for help in errors on demo import but you guys are slow to help. There are slider issues and you guys are aware because you made a video about this issue. I followed the instructions from the video but it did not solve it. I put a support ticket along with login details for you guys to fix it but I get nothing from you guys. I need this fixed ASAP. There are other issues as well but with your slow responses I can’t get to these issues.

I got some help to import the demo content, but let me inform you that the demo content is incomplete, from the main navigation, for some categories, the page links are redirected to the author website, lot of demo page templates are hosted in the author demo, they are not included in the imported demo content (I’ve tried to find them in the wordpress admin pages and they are missing). It would be nice to get the content that is advertised, not half of it, the theme is sold $75, it’s in the price range of high quality themes, but it is incomplete, so please deliver the content as it is advertised, I feel fooled…

Hi there, I’ve had no problems with this theme since i bought it until now. When viewed on a laptop there seems to be 2 menus, one underneath the original on. This also happens when i reduce the size on my web browser on my desktop. Any ideas how to fix this? Also Slider Revolution and the bakery plugins are out of date. How do i get access to the latest versions please?

May there is a bug in changing the logo. Its not possible to change the logo with a new version in edge options logo.

After the installation of the plugin, go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left-side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Since the Footer section of the Edge Options doesn’t show a background image I’m trying to use css to add one, but not having any luck. The latest theme version is 1.6 and the compatibility with WordPress 5.6 is added (please see change log).
After the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin is installed it’s necessary to go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left-side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here in jQuery Version option just change to Legacy jQuery version and click save settings button.

It is a temporary solution to give your plugin and theme authors time to update ’’ and without this plugin in the frontend doesn’t work menu & popup. when we activate the plugin, it encounter a deprecations in : wp-content/themes/freestyle/assets/js/modules/plugins/slick.min.js you can check at this url www.4sub.it while jQuery working.
