I am satisfied with the theme. It allows me to bring the features which are required from me.
The worst theme ever. I am a professional website developer and used 100's of themes. This one is the worst when comes to customizability and ease of customizability. It is very hard to understand even the basic operations. WooCommerce templates are the worst part of this theme. Can't add a sidebar to category pages. Can't add custom titles to categories and all woocommerce pages.Numerous errors when PHP 7.2 is being used. Super slow performance.
I have made the mistake to buy this theme.

We managed to find your ticket on our support forum.
As we could see, you were facing with issue that is resolved.
Also, our agent explained that our theme is working well with latest PHP versions.
We released update where all incompatibilities for 7+ versions are added.
When it comes to page speed, we tested your site on gt metrix and here are results

So, we marked what should be done from server side, and you could find more about it here https://gtmetrix.com/leverage-browser-caching.html and as you could see it is recommended to do optimization of images.
Please, note that your site is too heavy, and for content over 11MB, good optimization is primary.

Theme is awesome. Support team's response was very good and they helped me with a problem in my menu.
Excellent theme with plenty of flexibility to create what you want. I will definitely be using Edge Themes again.
I've had stellar support from other theme developers, not so with Edge-Themes.

Hello,
We have located several tickets of yours and support have answered to all off them. In one ticket you have requested option which doesn't exist in our theme - to have word MENU instead of mobile menu icon. Since options doesn't exist it requires some modifications trough theme files or with some advanced css. As you can see in support policy https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy customization isn't supported, especially when there is a lot of tickets and support so support needs to have focus on providing support regarding default theme functionality.
We appreciate your rating, and we are aware that agent could provide you with instructions for this, but it also needs to be clear that support is provided in timely manner, according to policy, and that we are doing our best to provide support for all our items.
