The support is amazing!
The them looks nice and allows significant amount of customization.
But is is also quite complicated, and looking for correct field to update may be frustrating and time-consuming. The questions are answered by support very promptly and to the point.

I will not say this theme is best, but the customer support team is awesome. Within 24hrs they resolved my every problem regarding theme. So a product become more genuine if the support team is dedicate to help their customer.

I bought this theme to build a deal oriented site. While working with the theme, I found several issues where I needed support, and this is where this theme is absolutately amazing. Abdullah from the customer service team is very polite, very knowledgeble and so far has been able to solve every single issue I have had. And that is within hours!
