Sometimes too many options are not best. Different styles became very complex to work out.
No flexibility. Lacks functionalities. Bad documentation quality. Theme has a lot to improve...

Front team responds and solves the issues. Like every software there are issue in the theme, but the team responds and address them.
As usual, MadrasThemes is the best, thanks for all your great work.
The design is nice, but we are finding ourselves fixing more bugs than normal for our clients. The potential is there, so we'll keep this on the backburner until more progress is made.

The theme is extremely well thought out. With the large variety of pages and blocks this theme can be used for any type of business site.
The support is amazing. Any problem with the theme is quickly answered by the very considerate support team who has gone above and beyond. This is my second theme purchase from Madras and my earlier experience was similar. Thank you for your team's help - past, present, and future!
Loving the theme so far, it’s pretty brilliant to use Gutenberg blocks as this allows for easy customization also at CSS level

What a beautiful theme ! Gutenberg is a bit complicated but the support has been very helpful to make it easier to use Gutenberg. This is our third theme from MadrasThemes. Highly Recommended.
The degree of customizability is just very low. There are a few standard blocks you can insert in the document, a lot of features are lacking in those and you just can't edit the block without editing the code or implement custom CSS. I will reassess when the Elementor functionality is available. For now, not good enough.

This is a bit unfair review. A few standard blocks? We've provided more than 150 blocks. It would be wrong to compare Elementor and Gutenberg. Gutenberg's approach is different. We can only provide customisation options within what GB allows. We've also helped you multiple times with customisation and we were able to achieve what you wished. What Gutenberg lacks in ease of use it makes up for speed and also it is native WordPress.
Your review is more about how Gutenberg blocks works which is core WordPress than the theme itself. A Gutenberg theme can only work within Gutenberg's framework.
We will proudly say that our Front theme has more Gutenberg Blocks and options than any other Gutenberg themes.
