Please consider increasing the max width of pages. Currently the max is at 1300px in theme options, which isn’t that wide anymore and we can’t increase it (it requires a CSS customization).
Also your Mikado blocks have a different pre-set padding, than all the other blocks, which makes it hard to work with all the other WPBakery blocks…. and having fixed paddings in each Mikado Element Holder requires us to change individually each and every block in every page, to make them even…... it’s quite time consuming. Consider not using fixed paddings inside modules anymore please (same in your other themes).
You could easily work with the WPBakery row settings (stretch content etc) instead, making it much easier to work with your custom blocks.

Sure, I did but didn’t really get any useful help there either. It’s important that users know there are issues. The theme was last updated 2 years ago…. probably needs a good update, don’t you think?

Thanks for taking an interest! When it comes to WordPress 6.0., since there have not been any significant changes from WP 5.8 to WP 6.0 you can update your WordPress version without any issue. The compatibilities will be added in changelog within next theme update. Also you can ask for the latest version of the bundled plugins from our support team always. They will as well be included in the next theme update.

But can you tell me if I need to also buy versions of the Slider Revolution and WPBakery products too? Are the versions that come with your theme not enough for it to work as in the live demo?

This is a great theme and worked fine for several years! But with a recent PHP update on the server, one of the plugins, WPBaker Page Builder started to have critical errors (compile error at the PHP level) and crippled the entire site. All pages show a “page not found error”.
My question is: Do you have an update to address this issue? I can pay to extend the support if it addresses the issue. Can you let me know? Thank you!

If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Hello and good day, My request was never resolved and I waited for months until a new update. Now the new update has come and the issue still remains, but I have to pay another 50 to stay in contact with you for an issue that may not be resolved because my support has expired? That doesn’t seem fair. The Mikado portfolio is not allowing for a single image item upload, and the multiple upload needs more than one image, which doesn’t work if I only have that one image to upload. This is all detailed in my request # 79978. Is there a way to just alter the css or something to bypass the issue without waiting for a whole update. Please HELP! This is extremely frustrating! Thanks!

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce and PHP version as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

I’ve been trying to complete the plugin install process, but in order to do that I need to update/activate the Slider Revolution. I cannot do this without an item purchase code. This code is missing from the documentation.. shouldn’t this theme come with the purchase code so that I can activate Slider Revolution?

Thanks for writing in! Please note that Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Is there a way to put hover effects on the Custom Heading?

You can add Some Extra Class Name within Custom Heading shortcode settings > http://postimg.cc/2bqgZBRT and then you need to add some custom css for that class, as we did here > http://postimg.cc/PCw4YzPC
You can add this custom css below in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS field:
.vc_custom_heading.SomeClassName-hover:hover {
color:blue !important;
}Just replace this ExtraClassName (SomeClassName-hover) with the desired one that you’ve entered into Custom Heading shortcode settings. Also, you can add some desired CSS rules for that class.
Or if you want to apply this for all custom heading elements throughout of your website, you can use this custom css:
