Updating my rating here. I left a previous one-star rating while in a bad mood because my site broke suddenly. It was working fine for months while untouched, and suddenly it broke in the same week that Wordpress 5.0 was released. Of course, I was convinced it must be an incompatibility issue with the Wordpress release -- and was frustrated because I couldn't submit a support ticket since my "6 months of support" had just expired. I was finally able to contact Mikado another way and get some feedback. But it took some time digging around on themeforest and Google searches. After turning off plug-ins one by one, my site was eventually restored to normal.

So, it appeared to be a plug-in issue, not the Fuego theme issue. My mistake. Nevertheless, I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because I'm disappointed with the lack of ease in contacting the developer without paid support.

Plus, the Mikado themes "forum" found in Google search results wasn't working, Google said: "This site can't be reached." And no support articles on Ticksy for this theme. Also, why no Mikado themes brand website? Not even a simple landing page? Wouldn't it make sense to put a face on your company, and give customers an easier way to interact with your brand?

When your site breaks and you start to panic, and you can't get support because it just expired, then you struggle to even find any support or contact info for the company who sold you the product, it can be frustrating. It almost seems like you're trying to hide.

Maybe I'm just being unrealistic because I'm used to innovative American companies who put customer service as a top priority since the lifetime value of a customer is more important than one-off sales.

Anyway, sorry for the long-winded review.

I really like this design and the Mikado support staff are incredibly helpful. They take the time to examine the backend of your site in WordPress in order to help troubleshoot whatever problem you're having. Kudos for Mikado!
