Good technical support and fast

There is far too much about this theme that is an obstacle. The documentation is so out of date showing screen prints that no longer reflect the current version. Demo looks great but when you actually begin to try and use the theme there are so many issues (for me).
The support is a series of holding emails and I can't hang around for that. The more I tried to help myself by using the documentation the more frustrated I became. Have requested my money back - not even an acknowledgement.

I work with Wordpress themes about 6 years, and I have to say...

Bad Support (I got bored of not receiving an answer). Hard to migrate. Depends on an external plugin that also has problems. I probably need to change my template (buy another). Absolutely not recommended by me.

I spent some time on your site and here are my observations:

1. Your PHP level does not meet the minimum requiremnt.
As stated earlier, you MUST upgrade your PHP to minimum 5.3 or higher. This is a primary step to doing any other debugging.

2. Fatal PHP error
You PHP error appearing with the latest WPML version is the same as reported in this ticket:

In most cases,the error is fixed when the installation is put at the appropriate PHP level. However, some cases still are present. We are working to fix this as soon as possible HOWEVER no fix will work if your system does not meet the minimum requirements. So step 1 above, is esssential before we can continue to work.

I suggest that you subscribe to that forum ticket to receive the latest news about when a fix is available for download.

3. Downgrade
Int he meantime, I have downgraded your modules to CMS 3.4.1 and related. This seems to still work with the exception of the language switcher that does not, for some reasont, show up on the navigation menu of your primary initial page (IT). It does appear in En and Gl

So, please collaborate and talk to your service provider about upgrading your PHP environment which is quite old.
