I purchased this theme back in 2020 and can’t remember my Themeforest login credentials.
If I can’t remember my login then they aren’t going to be able to do anything, but you can.
I just messaged you about this on https://progressionstudios.ticksy.com/ as a way to prove that we’ve discussed and worked together in the past, and you dismissively told me to contact Themeforest, saying “So as l long as you have access to the original account that purchased. the theme the download will be there.”
So what happens if I don’t have access to the original account? lol

As mentioned in our support ticket response, you need to contact ThemeForest support if you are having trouble with any account login information. Theme authors do not have access to this information: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
If you no longer have access to the original account information, you will need to contact ThemeForest support or purchase the item again in order to have access to the files.

By default, only one reward is supported per crowdfunding campaign. That being said there is a premium add-on that adds additional functionality like the ability to add multiple rewards if you want this functionality. There is no option to share via text message or whatsapp. If you wanted to add this ability, it would require using a plugin for the functionality.

All the eCommerce is powered by WooCommerce. All payments are made to the website administrator so they are indeed tracked. By default the admin would be responsible for distributing payments. If you wanted an automated solution, that is possible with the premium add-on of WP Crowdfunding. This adds an automated wallet you can setup that will do all the commission calculations for you. https://www.themeum.com/product/wp-crowdfunding-plugin/ Please note this is an optional add-on and not required.
Demo: We can confirm the dmeo is working. This is a front-end demo only (Front End Submissions, Profiles, Purchases, etc.). There is no backend access for security reasons.

Yes, we are using a combination of a WP Crowdfunding plugin and WooCommerce to power the crowdfunding portion. What you see within our theme cannot be easily used on another theme. We have built a number of custom sections/functionality that is unique to our theme.

We are interested into Funlin theme and we have some pre sale questions in order to see if it is a perfect match for our project: 1) In each project’s unique page can a video be used instead of the main photo? 2) Can Stripe be automatically integrated for payments? 3) In order to make a contribution in a project, does the user has to login first? The “back campaign” button in the theme sample doesn’t work in order to test the functionality. Is there any demo or working install to test this functionality? 4) Are any financial information stored in the website’s database? As ideally we don t want personal information stored in our server. 5) The login functionality is meant for the project starters or for the backers as well? 6) Do you have any demo in order to see the backend as a logged in user?
