for Design Quality

Not sure why there were so many negative ratings by other users, because I have had a different experience. The theme works rather well for both Magento 1.9 and magento 2. We had an issue with using the theme a while ago for a multistore installation on magento 1.9 (did not work) and this was solved and handled quite satisfactorily by the technical department and customer service.

The theme seems rather solid, but we experienced some bugs and flaws in the code which we need the support to get fixed. Now we have waited 14 DAYS for the support which is mainly because they reply ONCE every 24 hours! We reply minutes after, but still next answer comes 24 hours after! This is extremely frustrating!
It should be a simple fix but we have never experienced this bad support on an item before. This is critic when things you buy does not work as they should.

Our technical team has to deal with many problems per day. As a result, we just can make sure that we will respond you no more than 24 hours excepting from weekend. :(

for Code Quality

Code is very poorly written. A lot of block logic hogs up the template files and it's extremely hard to follow. I haven't seen one piece of comment throughout the code. It does not work out of the box and it's quite hard to setup even with experience.
I'm losing more time than I should have gained using a theme.
I would not recommend this theme to anyone.

A major issue with bundled product pricing as well as others. Submitted a trouble ticket and we were asked to fix the issue for them?!
Customer support is slow to respond and very broken english and hard to understand.

for Feature Availability

Its a good theme for an ecommerce portal with so many features. The main thing is the after sale support which I received from them.
