When I click “Go to Item Support”, it shows an internal server error.
After installing the template from the quick start package, installing the Polish language and setting it as default, not all labels were translated into Polish. Please help me to determine the cause of the problem. I’ve never had this problem with other templates. It is known that the modules need to be translated by yourself, but the default Prestashop labels should be in Polish.

Although the server is good, the site loads very slowly. What is the reason? It opens very slowly even in Live Demo.

On the top of this site are informations about price, about author, last update and compatibility with browsers. They are only mentioned there IE9, IE10, IE11 and Firefox. You haven’t mentioned compatibility with Chrome and Safari. Why? Thank you

I start to get angry with all the bugs in your theme and the slow response time to the tickets and I think I’ll go for a refund very soon if you can’t help:
1. SPSearch doesn’t get translated in the backoffice 2. Add to cart button in Product Page doesn’t get translated in the BO. 3. You don’t show in Documentation how to change the map and Lorem Ipsum in the Contact page 4. Contact form is not shown in the Contact page and as I see in your demo store, it doesn’t get translated either when a language is changed.
Even though I like your theme, I can’t wait that long to set up an ecom site…

The Theme version has nothing to do with the translations, as in your Demo store, the search, add to card, and contact form don’t get translated either when changing language.
Also, can you show how to edit the contact us page Map and custom text?
Whould you say that’s a better option to start from scratch with prestashop 1.6.1.x?

Hi, purchased a few days ago your theme, but cannot install theme on webserver. Independent from the prestashop version I tried, I always the error ‘Bad configuration file’. Everything is fine, also php.ini setting. If I try a different theme, the installation works without problems. Thank you for help. Please answer here.
