Hello Sir,

We have installed the theme in our wordpress setup and tried to import demo data. For this, It asks for some required and recommended plugins to be installed first. We have done this except one plugin i.e. Instashow Lite because it is not available now on internet or wordpress plugins.

Data is also not getting imported and keep on loading for upto 8 hours without any results.

Please suggest what to do to resolve this issue ?

We had followed all steps as mentioned in document as well

I bought your theme from themeforest but it has refused to install. I get error like “The link you followed has expired. Please try again”. it has persisted like that for 24 hours. please what should I do?

I’m trying to change my logo in the General Settings. Once i click on the Add Image button i get error: Uncaught TypeError: this.activateMode is not a function And the media modal doesn’t open. I’ve tried to deactivate all the plugin except for Furnihaus Shortcodes and Codestar Framework but i still get the issue

How to update the theme? Is there a description of it? (I want to use the new wp bakery editor)

Your template is really fine, but lately I could not manage completely the homepage backend – some part of the backend’s page are not visible. Which could be the problem? I have simply to update the theme? I guess that my license is expired, so how much cost the renew?
