I own the “Carbon” theme, I have a few questions: 1 – Is it compatible with wordpress 6.0?
2 – How to update the plugins included in the theme (Wpbakery, Revolution Slider…) because the last theme update dates from July 2021?
3 – Are you going to update this theme again or abandon it?

The theme is compatible with woocommerce and the demo contents also contain the images / videos, although you should probably use your own after setting up your website.

Hi thanks for your response. We have few more questions to ask. 1. Do we have option where we can adjust the text and images according to phone, tab and desktop. As the banner text is collapsing on phone and tab. (we are not able to attached the picture for your refrence) 2. Can we remove cart option from the theme by using the dashboard pannel (customization pannel) like other themes provide. 3. can you please share the document of the theme.

You can edit the custom text on your Dashboard under Appearance > Carbon Options > Widgets Area > Footer > Custom Text.

Hello. I don’t know if I need to have a renewed support to ask this, but I have a problem with the theme after updating wordpress. The menu links in the one page template don’t work! Nothing happens after clicking on it, and if I try to type the page as www.website.com/#pageIwant , it gets faster there but jumps back to the homepage.
I just found out that on mobile it keeps working as it should…

The theme was built to work with the page builder that comes with the theme (WP Bakery Page Builder) it’s not fully compatible with elementor. You need to use the page builder included not elementor.

Hi, I installed the cube portfolio “grid ajax 3 columns” with the intention of including videos uploaded by youtube in the individual projects. It works well on desktops and tablets but videos cannot be viewed on mobile. Does not work. What can I do to fix it? thanks Meme

Hi, I get the theme from elements and I know there is no support in that way (nice trick) so I ask here. I install the theme and plugins, but after modify the htaccess and import the demo manually (via one click does not work) the homepage seems nice in frontend but in backend is empty! there is not content in admin area. How is it possible? Thanks!

Yes downloads from envato elements don’t have support included.
In relation to your question, i assume you installed a onepage demo, so to edit your onepage sections you need to go to Pages and click on the page you want to edit. Each page is a section on our onepage system, that are organized in the frontpage trough the position of each item on the main menu.

Sorry for the late reply. You can download latest version from themeforest and update it manually. You need to update all plugins as well. Install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme- and-plugin-upgrades/ then download All files & Documentation from themeforest, and upload the new versions of the plugins that are inside the folder Plugins.
You can also update the theme by using the plugin that come with the theme called “Envato Market”, just field the token, and update the theme directly from your wordpress dashboard.

How it is possible? Please, I need a solution.

We moved things to Carbon Post Type plugin, this is why it’s not appearing, you need to install the new version of the plugin as well.
Go to you themeforest account and download “All Files and Documentation” then install this plugin Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades and upload the new plugins versions that are inside the download package -> folder Plugins

The theme currently has v5.6 of VC included, whereas v5.7 is now available.
