This theme is very easy to work with - you just need to know basic coding, and the developer is extremely responsive and helpful if you have any questions. Excellent customer service! He was also able to do custom coding for an additional cost which was absolutely worth it!
I am not a developer. I am over 50 years old and I have a job in the healthcare industry. So I know that I am not the support dream client. However, Themeforest support has always been helpfully clear and simply worded so that I could immediately implement any assistance myself. Thank you!

Futura looks beautiful and the code is generally well structured and clear. This makes it easy to modify if you are prepared to learn about Ghost and use an editor like Brackets.
Ghost itself is not for everyone, and people with little interest in their web site's technology or performance would probably be better off with Wordpress or something much simpler like Squarespace.
But I'm personally very happy with the Ghost / Futura combination. It gives me a great looking, fast web site with an appearance I can completely control.

I did have some problems with the theme... But it was user error :)
The support was very fast and was kind to help with problems.
The theme is very well coded and easy to edit.

impossible to use and edit! it says there is support, but that is only in the form of a document, which i have followed but it has not helped at all. you must be a total pc geek to have any chance of editing the codes successfully for the blog. hours and hours of you tube video watching and step by step guide reading has got me nowhere. im sure this is more the complicated set-up of ghost more than it is the fault of this theme. the theme looks good, which is why i gave even 2 stars. but i have wasted money on something i cannot use because i am not a pc geek and did not study computer programming in university. very annoyed at the difficulty and lack of help in setting up this product

Hello, First of all, To install a theme you don't need to study computer science,
There is no need to see a single youtube video for using this theme. Even I never mentioned anywhere in my product page or even in documentation to watch or follow any kind of video.
Even, if you are familiar with Ghost itself then, you don't need to read the documentation itself too much.
The documentation is single page document and everything is clearly mentioned in the documentation. It should be maximum 5 to 10 munites to follow the documentation and install / setup this theme.
If you think you are wasting money then you can always submit a refund request. Or if you need help then you can always ask for help me ( the theme author ).
This theme is one of the top ten ghost themes in envato and it's sold more that 250 times with 20+ 5 star rating. And to be pointed here that most of the top ratings are for Customer Support.
So It's clear that you are blaming the theme and the author falsely.
There was better way for your good experience with the theme. But I am sorry to say that you choose the wrong way.
Anyway, I will request you to contact me via mail and sort out your problem. And re-rate the theme.

Customer support is great and fast. The developer is really trying to help you as good as he can - fixed some of my issues with the theme. The theme itself is very nice, I'm using it for about a year now - best one I could find for my purposes.
