I was searching through your articles but couldn’t find instructions on how to add a TikTok social icon to the menu using CSS. I noticed an example on your demo site where the icon should appear here: https://irontemplates.com/demos/?theme=The%20Lab in the top-right menu, next to the Instagram icon. Since TikTok is not included in Font Awesome icons, I’m curious about the method to achieve this.

Updating the fontawesome library is part of our roadmap, but until then we have no option to include the tik tok icon in the header without custom CSS.

Hello, I like the theme very much but i just noticed an issue with essential grid. When i go to edit the images in the grid, none appear. i can’t click on anything in the essential grid option (add image, grid settings, etc.) I have it at the latest update. I have not added any new plugins lately. Not sure what is going on. thank you in advance. Danny

Hi, Please be sure you have the last FWRD version (2.1.10). When it is done, verify you have the last version for all required plugins: - Essential Grid 3.0.18 - Slider Revolution 6.6.14 - WPBakery Page Builder to 6.13.0 - Iron-Music to 2.1.7
If iron-demo-importer still installed, please delete it. You only need this plugin to import the demo content.

Upgraded my php to 8.0 and site doesn’t work. Log says Current plugin: Iron Music is causing this critical error. When I go back to php 7.4 it works. anything 8.0 and above does not work

The “preview” label is displayed on embedded Spotify players when the user is not logged in to a Spotify account or when using a free account. It indicates that users can only listen to 30-second previews of each song, rather than the full song.
This feature helps to clarify for users who are not logged in to a Spotify account that they will only be able to listen to song previews, and that they need to log in or upgrade to a Premium account to enjoy full listening.
In summary, the “preview” label on Spotify players embedded in web pages is not something developped by us. The same behavior will happen on every website.

Hey. I get some errors, warnings and notices, when updating to PHP 8+. Is this theme fully compatible with PHP 8 and above? Since 7.4 is at it´s end of support this month, we need to update to 8.0 and I didn´t found anything about the compatibility with FWRD.
Also the plugins Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder aren´t up to date. How long did you planed to support updates for FWRD? It feels like a slow dying theme now. Let us know, if you will update it further. Thank you.

Be sure you have FWRD updated to v2.1.9. https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/article/12214/ With this version you should be able to update WPBakery to 6.9.0, Slider Revolution 6.5.31. Be sure Iron-music plugin is updated to 2.1.6. Remove the Iron-demo-importer if it still installed. Here how to update plugins provided by us. https://irontemplates.ticksy.com/article/12253/FWRD should work fine one PHP8+

Hi, Please be sure you have FWRD theme v.2.1.9 installed. Go to wp-admin>appearance>install plugins And do all required update here. Be sure iron-music plugin is updated and activated. WPBakery also need to be activated.

Bought this theme some time ago. I see the latest update was last year. Everything was working fine until recently. Now the WP Bakery plugin is creating a critical error situation. Can’t get into the site, the front end is non-existent. When will there be an update, or at least updates to the mandatory plugins that are packaged with the theme?

For now you are the first customer to report this issue, so you can probably fix this. Be sure you have FWRD 1.8, WPBakeyr 6.6, Essential Grid 3.0.11, Slider Revolution 6.4.3 and Iron-music 2.1.5 installed. You can also delete iron-demo-importer if it still installed. If the issue persists, please disable all other plugins just to be sure the issue doesnt come from a third part plugin. Hello,
We are considering your theme and had a couple of questions.
- In the album page is it possible to add a slideshow of images instead of a single image? We assume not but we’d like to clarify just in case!
- Is there a kind of slideshow element available in general? We checked the demo but didn’t find anything except for a header slider which might be too taxing to use for simple images.
- In the details page we saw that regarding audio there are various platforms “including including iTunes, Google Play, Bandcamp, Spotify, Amazon Mp3, and Deezer”. Besides those, are soundcloud/youtube links supported?

-No, we cant replace the album artwork by a slideshow, but you still can insert a slider show below in the page content.
-FWRD come with Revolution Slider plugin. The header slider is built with it but no worries, you can also us it to built a basic carousel. Or you can install another plugin if you want. That the beauty of wordpress.
-The FWRD cant stream audio from those platforms, but we can embed player from them in the single album page.

Hi, I’m a job provider here in Envato. I installed your theme with The Peak option and I tried to change the background of the products in the shop page but is not possible. I used the option Look and Fell and I also deactivated the option “Enable WooCommerce Backgrounds” but is seems it only works on the cart but not in the shop page. Where can i change those colors?
