Installed on my new website and Chrome immediately marked my site as "Dangerous" in bright red for phishing. Seemed to have to buy additional licenses for WP Bakery and another plugin to upgrade them to the latest. Contrary to this site, there is no documentation for this theme. The most complicated theme I ever bought. Uninstalled it immediately and am waiting for Envato to respond to my refund request. Buyer beware!

Nice Theme
I am rating Customer Support for its quality. However, all other categories deserve a positive review. This template is simply superb - very intunitive, clean looking, minimalistic and yet elegant. We simple love it. A big thank you to the designers and to Alexandr from the Customer Support to help us make it our own. Great job overall!
This template had everything I needed to make my first website around my music business.
I've purchased a few themes from IronTemplates now. The themes are always beautiful, and this time I got a chance to experience their support. I had some trouble activating plugins and their support team worked with me to log into my site and get them activated for me. Thank you for the help and excellent communication! 5 stars.

WPBakery Page Builder is not Compatible with this theme in wordpress 5.2.2 version. WPBakery Page Builder version 5.6 installed and works fine. Update to 6.0.5. new version or newer and this breaks the pages on website i messaged the support mnts ago and all they did was give ma a download link for an older version will be looking for a new fully compatible theme

I'm sorry for the issue you have. Let me explain to you a little bit more about the WPBakery update. WPBakery did a major release update of their plugin (ver. 6.0) 3 months ago (May 15). Since then, ALL of their users (including us), complained about bugs and issues with WPBakery 6.x. They have released a lot of bug fixes but still, the version is not really stable. That is the reason why we still run version the most stable version in our theme. Even a theme that proclaims to be compatible with vers 6 of WPBakery will have an issue. Just look at the comments at WPBakery page to see the complains and check their changelogs.
The good news is that we have worked here to debug their plugin and fix a major bug that caused a page break. If you want to use WPBakery 6 immediately, please, have a chat with us at http://support.irontemplates.com and we will provide the new version with the bug fix.
We will also make the update public as soon as WPBakery will release a stable version of their own plugin and we can't wait!

The template was not too difficult to work with but whenever I needed some small reasonable customization, they always got back to me within a day on how to fix it, and sometimes they went in and fixed it themselves. Really great guys.
