The code quality is very poor. They even didn't use Bootstrap or other CSS framework. PHP is a disaster, includes and includes and includes..

for Customer Support

Support is not working.

Old technology, for ex. Google maps needs code of iframe. In other themes need just addresses.

for Other

Pluses: Great looking theme. Support can be infuriating to communicate with, but when they actually understand what you're asking, they go out of their way to provide support - even going into my install and adding customizations when I have had problems. They've added some suggestions to newer versions after I raised them.

Cons: I haven't seen much in the way of innovation with this theme. Its slow loading, and they seem to not care about that even though speed is insanely important for Google ranking. Their own demo gets a "D" rating for speed and they don't care. Updates have very little included, and they don't seem to be paying much attention to truly enhancing and growing this theme.

However, I have run the theme on a site that does 400,000 uniques a month with over 65,000 active subscribers and its working for me. (HairLossTalk.com if you want to check it out) So please do buy it so maybe they'll pay more attention to it and make it more awesome for the rest of us :)

for Customer Support

Sorry to review with such a low rating but it's only related to the customer support.

I really hate to admit but in more than 1 month, and after having paid for more 6 months of support, every time I try to have a contact with your customer support i feel considered like a stupid. Maybe I'm not a developer at your level but if I'm asking for help and after having paid for a service, I'd like to be considered a customer and not a moron.

I was expecting an answer about an issue (confirmed even by you !!!) with your theme and other plugins for more than 1 month, and after this the answer I receive is "try to update everything" ?????
Oh God, thanks for this such a brilliant answer, I really don't know how I could be so stupid for do not thinking a smart solution like this !!! Moreover I should update a plugin included in your theme which I cannot update by myself ( https://orangethemes.ticksy.com/article/5875/). So why don't you try to fix the bloody problem immediately, instead of making me wait for another day or more for another answer in your ticketing system, hoping to find it decisive.

Sorry guys but you have lost a customer.
