how do i change the tweets, it is currently showing the tweets of and i am unable to get the file name where i can change the tweeter account setting.

You have to create a widget for your tweets in your twitter account and then just use necessary code which twitter provides. Please let us know if that works for you.

When is next update… this really needs to be updated :)

We’re very sorry, but this theme is outdated a bit, there is no way to update it, that means we only able to do fixes that our customers report to support system.

JackTM Author Team

Hi there,

This is a HTML template which is basically a design showing the suggested areas for placing elements, therefore its fully editable and customizable and you can add any additional elements to match your specific needs but of cause it depends on your coding skills. With this said HTML template does not have any functional part for the login and registration feature and it should be added additionally which involves custom work. Please be aware that due to our policy we do not provide our customers with any customization, In case you don’t know how to achieve these features you are seeking on your own you can hire a 3d part developer who would be able to implement all changes and features to match your specific needs.

I purchased and download the zip but when try to extract it gives encryption errors. What can I do? Didn’t have this problem with any other envato purchases

I’ve just checked on your forum role, everything should be fine and you are allowed to create topics and submit tickets. Could you please send a screenshot of the browser window from where you are trying to submit a ticket?

All the templates I’ve purchased in the past came with the demo images. Ive made a zip of the encryption message, the forum error message and the forum main screen showing i am logged in.

Let me check your account one more time, I’ll send you the password to your specified email then.

Have you confirmed the email after registering at the forum btw?

Is there a way to fix the problem with the fonts in the nav bar and logo switching between the fall back and Oswald upon a new page load or refresh? It does it in the livepreview as well but I didnt really notice it but with repeated usage it gets to be an annoyance and distraction. The wordpress preview does not have this problem but I cant get that as it is not compatible with versions 4.4.x which are listed as the only “safe” versions to use by Wordpress main site. The problem goes away if I change the fonts to Ariel or Sans but I like the Oswald font and would like to keep it if possible

Hi maareyes,

That’s happening because the fonts are loaging there by script. To fix the problem please follow a few steps below:

1. open js/general.js file in code editor;
2. remove the lines 95-108, the code, that should be removed is shown below:
/* Load Google Fonts --> Begin */
    WebFontConfig = {
        google: {families: ['Oswald::latin','Open+Sans:300:latin','PT+Sans+Narrow::latin','Nova+Square::latin','Lobster::latin']}
      (function() {
        var wf = document.createElement('script');
        wf.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https' : 'http') +
        wf.type = 'text/javascript';
        wf.async = 'true';
        var s = document.getElementsByTagName('body')[0];
        s.appendChild(wf, s);
/* Load Google Fonts --> End */

3. If you are willing to keep using “Oswald” font family, then open each html page and add the line:
<link href='' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>
next to the main stylesheet, so the result should look like:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="stylesheets/style.css" />
<link href='' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

That’s pretty much all. Please let me know if you have any questions after completing the steps above.

there seems to be a problem displaying the top nav bar in IE 11 Windows 7. It just shows some vertical lines but the login create account is there at the right side. I will probably not use that nav bar but fixing it might fix the problem with the fonts mentioned in previous comment.

Please check the previous comment and let me know if that helps.

Regards, Alex

thanks, that fixed the Oswald font load problem. I have sent you a screenshot of the IE nav bar issue to the support ticket page which now works with the new password you issued. Once the IE nav bar is cleared up i think we are good to go. Its a nice theme. Too bad no WP update for it. And it needs to be responsive too. Not sure how to tackle that when get around to it. You say you dont do custom so I guess will have to pay someone to do it.

I have been informed by ThemeMakers that this template is not compatible with IE 11, So for anyone else who purchased and has problem with IE 11 nav bar, try this

Replace the original with this in styles.css

.skin-1 .navigation { background: -webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, from(#b6b7b8), to(#dfdfe0)); background: -moz-linear-gradient(top, #b6b7b8, #dfdfe0); background: -o-linear-gradient(rgb(183,184,185),rgb(223,223,224)); background: linear-gradient(to bottom, #b6b7b8, #dfdfe0); }

Do the same thing with the login, create account style.
