Most of the gamez core plugins bundled with the theme are broken in one way or another. Trying to show posts or reviews based on category fails with both the shortcodes (which are not documented anywhere) and with the Elementor blocks.

This theme has been one of my favorites but ultimately what made my experience pleasant is the customer support. The most frustrating thing is to work with a template and then you need support but have to wait days or even worst never get a response. With ThemeXpert not only did they respond quickly they took the time to guide me to ensure everything was working properly. Excellent service.

This theme claims to be Rtl ready , but it is everything but Rtl ready .
the design is nice, and has some cool features , but if you are considering to buy this for an RTL project . expect to do a loooot of extra work as a developer .
and there's not a lot of customization available too , u have so little choice in header style and hero sliders.
Moreover the customer support service is just terrible .
first it'll take you forever to log in to your account in their platform (because of bugs again) you'll be prompted to login to open a ticket even when you are logged in , and the you'll get : wrong combination of user and password .When you actually get in , you'll have to wait around 24 hours to get a response only telling you to send them you website URL (WHICH YOU ALREADY DID!!) ...
In short , it's just a huge pain to work with this theme .
I had a bad experience , maybe it'll be different for you , if u wanna risk it.

The theme in itself is very cool and great quality-wise, with a lot of customizable options and cool review features, but the customer support is simply awesome: quick, effective and there to help you out when needed. Perfect for both movies and games. Awesome!

Found something i didn’t know how to do, and there was no way to edit it with the built in editor, asked for help from tve developers, and they gave me the code, and how to do it, solved my problem really fast. Excellent client support, and the theme is really awesome. Totally recommended
