Hi I have the GARBINI template in zencart, i see you do the same template in wordpress. How easy is it to change from the zencart to the wordpress and put the customers products in? i would be keen to move to wordpress. Is this something I can pay you to do?
Thr are plugins available for migration but I’m not fully sure for Zencart to Woocommerce/WordPress as we have not done that before. You may try this

Is the theme development still active? There is no activity/update from your end since May 2017. I really doubt that there is any intention to keep this theme updated.
We may update the theme with updated plugins by end of the month or early next month
That end of month has not come yet. Woocommerce 3.3 was a big update and this theme comes with a very basic features. Let’s hope you update this
Hi, I am thinking of buying this theme. Before purchasing I need to clarify if revolution slider and visual composer are included with this them in prices mentioned or we have to purchase these two plugins separately? If included which versions of revolution slider and visual composer are included in this theme? Also the demo is not working of your theme.

Yes these plugins are included in the theme but you can only use this within our theme.

I paid $ 17.70 for one year technical support. I make a questions the answer was Technical support does not include installation of the demo. It comes under express installation services. Technical support means we will assist you to understand the backend system.. This is ridiculous. I want my money back. This is really terrible customer service.
Your question was to have the demo install, not a technical and I asked you to check the documentation, whats wrong in that. If thr is bug etc, Im here to fix
