The design and code was great but the customer service was terrible. I got responses but no answers and then I never heard from him/her again.
The template itself is quality and I compliment the developers. The reason they get only 3 out of 5 stars is that the support is very slow and cumbersome. More than a week later, they still have failed to offer any sort of reasonable assistance to my very simple question.

Well, please give me your ftp details, I will give proper solution for that issue.
Actually, my developer is unable to guide you with seeing the coding. I think, some coding has been fliker so that template has white space. So developer is telling that he can fix after seeing coding. So please send me ftp details.
