Hi, I would like to point out that AFTER THE LAST UPDATE I encountered a big problem with the cart icon: it is no longer visible from the frontend of any browser or device and I don’t know how to restore it. It is visible ONLY from backend by the administrator user (rather useless) and there is no incompatibility between the plugins Can you solve this problem? My e-commerce is unusable this way. Thank you

Most likely, the issue isn’t related to the update. Looks like you just removed the cart from the header. Or it is a cache.
Besides, if you can’t resolve the issue you are able to submit a ticket to our support forum and our technical specialist will check it out.

The issue was caused by the automatic Elementor plugin update.
Please ensure to update the theme and bundled plugins. We released the update with the fixes a few days ago.

Trying to import demo content, it stops at 20%. All the requirements and plugins are ok. We import on a new install of WordPress. Error: there was an error importing demo content
theme update solved it!
Hi, I have some issues with the theme. Some elements from the themes are not working. 1 on them is the popup video. When clicking on the links the video does not popup instead it loads the whole page to a youtube page. Another thing is have lot of bugs especially when trying to editing the page you can see the animations on elements but when publishing and viewing on the actual page, no animations. Please help.

Hello, we have not yet purchased your theme, but within your live demo we have noticed that the “portfolio gallery” page fails on the lightbox element. This appears to be specifically in FireFox on my Mac. Other browsers work okay and Firefox on a different Mac works fine… so we’re unsure what the actual error is or how wide-spread it could potentially be.

Thanks for the reply. My apologies that the error at our end, seems rather vague… in the fact that Two different Mac, running what we believe to be the same version of Firefox, produce different results.

In the meantime can I ask a further question – about the portfolio section? In your demo, you have some variants of the Masonry layout for Projects, but the “gallery” option seems to be a basic grid only. Is there an option to have the Masonry layout, but keeping the content purely as a lighbox gallery?
In my specific browser, if I visit – https://brutaldesign.github.io/swipebox/ – their own example demo fails (for me) in the same way… The darkening of the page background occurs and the forward and backward arrow appear, as does the close button. But no actual image that you’d expect.

Basically, just for a little more detail, looking at the code, the DIVs that ought to contain the lightbox image, are empty.

In my Firefox, in the console, I’m seeing:

In Firefox Developer version I’m not seeing that and the lightbox images load.
Having said that, Chrome console says:
DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for http://garderia.wgl-demo.net/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/lib/swiper/swiper.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE
...and Chrome does load the lightbox images, so maybe not actually relevant.
