Hi, I have a client – hotel – that purchased your theme, made the website on his own, and after has asked my help to make some technical fine tuning and synchronize his suites accomodations with his profile on Booking.com. From your documentation, it seems to me that your theme is designed for activities which do not need / want to use third party booking systems. I made some search here and found some similar inquiries where you replied “not possible”, but all from at least 3 years ago. Is it still so? If so is there any workaround, even the most technical, you could suggest? I’d prefer to keep your theme and all the work the client done so far. Bests.

Hello I am writing to you anyway the problem. The newly installed theme has some messages in SITE HEALTH: session PHP OPEN, REST API ERROR and EVENT SCHEDULER RUN QUEUE retard. I tried to deactivate all the plugins but only by deactivating WP Hotel Booking the error messages disappear.

It is absolutely not true that the theme is well supported. I opened my first ticket on February 28, 2022 and to date no one has replied. The great thing is that they deleted my ticket. I can prove what I say, I have the ticket opening e-mails.
