Page builder is not working. The theme was initially working ok, however, after the expiration of the support period the page builder stopped working.

This theme has a great design and is really easy to customize. I had a few requests outside of the child theme, and their support was AMAZING and helping me solve it--event developing a custom plugin. My new favorite theme company!

Overall quality is questionable...
Required plugins are not provided in the download, or in the WordPress store. The provided links to the required plugins return 404 not found errors, making me suspicious that this theme is either NO LONGER MAINTAINED, or is circumventing the official WordPress store.
In addition one required plugin requires an extra purchase, not cool IMO.
Plus, the theme doesn't work out of the box, a great deal of effort is involved getting the theme to work properly.
I also tried subscribing to the developers support forum but never received a confirmation email.
From my point of view, poor quality...

All the plugins was included in the download package. Please go to Appearance -> Install Plugins to install and active them: http://prntscr.com/dlad6j
You don't need to buy Visual Composer plugin. We bought it an extended license for the theme so you can use it without any restrictions.
After active all required plugins and import demo data your site will display as our demo (with your front-end page select from Settings -> Reading menu )

If you are looking for something with a lot of flexibility this is NOT the theme for you. Once you download the demo content most of the background graphics and styles are hard coded into template files not in editable regions. This basically means that you can build your entire custom site from scratch using their interface (expect to spend hours learning how to use the Gather custom post types) or just replace the text they have with your own and not really change much in the layout. This ended up being a waste of time and money for me.

Schedule dates don't post chronologically and support directs me to various sites - none are good or clear that they are actually for the theme I'd purchased. You also have to purchase "Visual Composer" which was never indicated when I was searching. Feel like I've been duped.
