I bought the template 2 weeks ago when I was importing the content it gave me the 500 error message. I did everything in the guide and nothing worked. Change all the setting in PHP and still nothing. I reach out to support via skype and support channel and I got a reply a week after let me check and nothing after that. Is this how https://themeforest.net/user/ThemeBeyond gives support?

I appreciate people deserving vacations but I bought the temple on the 21 of April and it was the first time I asked for support. It’s been two full weeks that our project is blocked do to this. Its strange the item comes with support but I will have to wait 3 weeks to get it. Lets see if it’s fixed on the 10th. Have a nice vacation.

Hi, please, how to make “OUR NEWSLETTERS” send emails. I configured the plugin “MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress” and I can send emails through Contact Form 7, however, I cannot send email from the field “OUR NEWSLETTERS”.
