A client bought your theme on a different Envato account. The theme has the following errors and would display the theme options or load the website. Is there a way to solve this without deleting customization in the theme options?

there is an update to fix an error in php 8. But try to avoid php version 8 because some plugin doesn’t support it well.

HI! I can’t edit this template, I entered to the homepage, but the editor is in white, nothig to edit, nothig to see. I tried to change the template for the homepage, for example, to “default template” an nothing, just a message saying “Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.” Do I have to update something else?

Hi again. I could fix the problem, but there is another one: when I click any item in the main menu, for example: Portfolio (#portfolio) the page doesn’t scroll down to that section, it just stays at the top. What it coul be this new issue?

Due the changed on vimeo embed code, you need to change the portfolio type into audio and insert the embed code into the embed code field there.

Hi I am about to buy this theme but I have one question here. I see that this is single page site but is it possible to have #id in url? I mean I can click on ‘About’ and it scrolls page down to About section but is it possible that I can share a url that directly points to About section?? I think I can use example.com/#post-53 but instead can I use example.com/#about

yes I can do that but for client they have to type /#about instead is there an easy way to show section id in url so that they can just copy paste it?
If you meant to go to the specific section but without using the anchor/id, im afraid its not possible to do that
I had trouble finding why google fonts were loaded over http, you really should change your hard coded http:// to non protocol specific // in theme-style.php to load google fonts properly on https pages, since then it’s mixed content, fonts can be blocked…

Hi, I’m using the video background. The text that goes over it has to be set in the ‘Slider Setting’ of the theme options. At the bottom there’s a ‘Slider Delay’ option where you can choose between 1-10 seconds that the text fades in and out. The problem is that I don’t want it to fade at all. I just want the text to stay on screen at all times. Any help would be appreciated.

If you want to use only 1 slide, you need to disable the slider script for that. You can find this code in script.js and delete it

I have tried all sorts of css code to remove the date from page. .entry-meta { display: none; }
I have even tried .single .entry-meta { display: none; }
and finally by calling out pages by ID. Nothing is working. Any suggestions?

This is the right class for removing the date .post-date so you can use this css for removing it in single default page template
.page-template-default-template .post-date {display:none;}
You can use the plugin that i gave you before to check/change the css of the element https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-css/, you can take your time to see the documentation & video from those plugin.

Circle of death. (Anyone else having this issue?) I just purchased the theme. I followed the support documentation step by step. When you go to the dashboard and pull up my page – you can see it. But when I set in customization as static homepage – CIRCLE OF DEATH. Anyone PLEASE HELP!!!!! Try to replace all the featured images in all post & custom post with your own images first to avoid this error. Or you can simply turn off the preloader in theme options.

Nevermind. I figured it out. Seems you HAVE to have text for the slides in order for the background video to show. Not sure if that’s documented or if I missed it. Is there a way to NOT have text over the video?
Yes, the video height is based on the homepage slider. But if you dont want to use it, you can use this custom css in theme options ->custom css box

Try to replace all the featured image in all post & custom post ( team, portfolio post) with your own images first. And delete the post if you dont want to use it. And if you want to import the theme options, use the options.txt for importing theme options(see the doc for detail) or make sure you have created the slider, because the height of video background is based on slider.

Yes you can use an size for the video. But because it was used as the background, the video will be either in full width/full height, depend on the screen size.

In my project when I click something in upper menu it redirects me to completly new page (depends what I set in page attributes.

How can I use a single image as the header background instead of a slider? When I load one image in the slider it flashes every few minutes.
There is no options to do that. You need to delete this script in js folder script.js for that

This is the second theme that I buy from you (first one was Beuh) and the themes are great, but with this theme i’ve got a little problem with filters on portfolio categories and I would appreciate if you help me to solve it.
I use the theme for video portfolio website with video posts and embeded clips from Vimeo. When I load the website everything is fine – all portfolio positions are there and categories are visible (ALL, VIDEO, MUSIC, ADS, MOVIES). When I click on the filter (VIDEO, MUSIC, ADS, MOVIES) portfolio posts disappear. When I click back to ALL, everithing is goin normal and the portfolio posts is back.
What can I do to filter post by category (permalinks are set on “Post name” and everything is done with your instructions).

I wanted to remove the portfolio from the homepage so I deleted

Try to replace those file with the original files. If you want to remove the portfolio, i think its better to use custom css box in theme options eg
#porfolio{display:none;}
