Please update wpp bakery as there are many conflicts in theme as wp bakery hasnt been updated for a while.

I wanted to buy the theme but I learned from a friend of mine that the header of the articles and custom post types does not take the preset template of the pages. He also told me that he has a problem with google fonts or even putting omgf the site takes the fonts directly from google going against the law of the GDPR

I have updated the Genesis Expo Theme, But WP Bakery and Slider Revolution will not update. I tried doing it through WordPress plugin Page and Even when I went to the required plugins associated with the theme and hit the update button for each plugin. Neither of the plugins updated. the only thing that was updated was GenesisExpo Core. What do I do?

Hi, from the pricing table (see link to image), I am able to trigger another plugin (a booking plugin) with your “extra_class” attribute. But how can I trigger an html lightbox attribute (data-selected-service=”2”) such as in the example below?

Example with a normal html code, I could do like this: “a href=”#” class=”example-button os_trigger_booking” data-selected-service=”2”>Book Haircut /a”

Recently we downloaded and installed the last update (didn’t update it before) and received the notification in the dashboard that asks to activate the theme. But when I enter the code and email – nothing happens, it still asks for the activation, looks like it doesn’t accept it. But this is not even the main problem, the main problem is that the website looks like a bunch of code at the moment (shortcodes don’t work and we just see all of them as a code on our pages), could it be because of the missing activation? How can it be fixed ASAP? Please help!!!

Hello team, I am having massive issues with the template. Since the moment I purchased it, whenever you roll out the update, WPBakery plugin is not updated automatically. As this is part of the commitment to have the updates I would like to understand what should be the correct steps to update this.

I haven’t been using the template in over a year but now I need to get back to it as you refused to help in the past or return the money.

Also, having these issues and asking people to have active support is rather cheeky. This should have never happened as there is a bug in the system.

Are you saying that GenesisExpo | Business Events & Conference WordPress Theme works with Elementor page builder? What I am seeing shows that theme is designed with wpbakery builder. I prefer it if it work with Elementor, Thank you.
