This GenesisExpo template is ridiculous. Get away from this mess. I've been working with wordpress for years, and I've never seen a template as stupid and disorganized this way. It just doesn't work. You change a simple color and it doesn't work. You try genesis theme options and nothing, you try you try anywhere and nothing.
Documentation? forget. It doesn't explain anything and what it explains doesn't work. I want my money back.

Perfect diesgn, desmo importing 98% correct at the import some minor glitches.
Love the features in WP bakery, its cool, why I dont give a 5 rate.
Will be posting in ticksy some minor css bugs and must have in the template because text editing is the real problem, you cant put strong fonts, or add a new line with br.
Excellent customer support and response time.
i try 20 times to activate the theme with Purchase Code but is not working, i contact support team but i never recibe feedback.

Theme is not mobile ready.
I would give it negative stars if possible.
When requesting the theme developers to look into an issue with the mobile menu... initially my request was ignored and on the second request I got a reply saying simply "We will fix it in the next update" - Not good enough when you pay for a premium theme.
I bought many themes... this isn't the worst but the support is left wanting.

To be honest, I took a risk when I bought the template. Because I'm new to WordPress.
I liked the design and of course 5 stars. Now I understand why 5 stars. The guys give great support.
Given that my native language is Russian, the guys communicate with me in Russian. This is what speeds up and improves the quality of support. Thank you very much. More, I have nothing to fear :)
