Hi, love this theme, thank you 
My issue is, I am able to remove the titles using CSS, but I’m not able to remove the blank space, and I have tried several CSS and deleting the cache. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Please understand that the main menu that holds a subfolder should be custom with no URL since it is intended to have submenus which works. When the left menu is used, the submenu opens on click – however, clicking cannot perform both functions (opening the submenu + going to the link), therefore the link is disabled when the 1st level menu has a submenu You can under Appearance > Menus turn the link off for the Progetti menu item, or consider arranging your menu items differently. I notice that the ‘Gesso Core Options’ is not saving after any field is updated. I know that Support for my installation of the theme has expired. Will it be possible to look into the issue without needing to renew support? I request this because I did not use the theme since purchased it and have been able to use it only now. Do let know if Support can look into this issue.

But, any changes made in GESSO CORE OPTIONS is not getting saved. This issue has been persistent, reported on 20-Jul, and remains unresolved even after 1 month. The site logo could be changed from APPEARANCE > CUSTOMIZE, however the site logo can not be updated from GESSO CORE OPTIONS since SAVE CHANGES button in not working. Can this be fixed? I ask this because I have waited for a month without any reply from your end.

Hello team! I have a godaddy hosting account and I am trying to import the theme. However, when I run the Wordpress Importer, it does not import all pages correctly, like in the demos presented. Some pages are missing elements, some are missing pictures although the media section has all the photos needed. Could you please help me out with this issue?

Is each alphabet box restricted to a certain amount of artists? If for example 20 artists are part of index letter A, what happens to the box that contains it? Does it enlarge automatically or does a scroll bar appear inside it?

Thanks for taking an interest! There are no restrictions on adding new product artists however if you have more artists starting on letter A and less on B you will have an empty space in the B artists section.
There is no scroll, however, this can be achieved with custom CSS.

Lyndon theme is using the Revolution slider, and it is included within Gesso as well so you will be able to create a full-screen slider. The styles of it might differ from Lyndon’s thought.

One thing about the popup: it would have been much more interesting if had the option to use it as an event announcement with a button that leads to a blog post describing the event details.

There’s absolutely no resolution of issues available outside of “we’re working on it”. Features advertised as available in the demo – are NOT available in the actual download and the support team has kept me on hold for 2 months claiming they are busy! Good design is wasted on bad execution and terrible support. Not recommended.

Is there a premium version of Slider Revolution? With this theme is there also a product key for slider revolution? And also for elementor and the other plugins?

The Slider Revolution came as bundled within the theme, and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for it. When a plugin is updated, we will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with the next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Beautiful theme. But I notice that all the product images are in portrait orientation. Our paintings are mostly landscape orientation, some quite wide. Where you have are square images, they are usually inside portrait-shaped containers. and in some cases you have horizontal bars making up the space. This leads me to believe that it may not suit collections with landscape images. Can you please comment on this?

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. Proportions of images in default shop list can be adjusted in Appearance > Customize> WooCommerce > Products Images as shown in screenshot. They can also be adjusted in Product List shortcode (please see screenshot).

She wants the possibility that customers can make a bidding or a offer and that she can get in contact. Is it also possible to remove the cart and buying functions and implement a bidding or offering system?

You can in this case use portfolio list and portfolio single pages to showcase products. You can also add contact forms with Elementor to description section of portfolio single pages.
One more way to achieve this is to use some 3rd party plugin which allows WooCommerce products to be displayed in catalogue mode.

Unfortunately there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery as all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder so you can use this plugin to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme, and if you wish to use it, you’ll need to purchase it separately.

Very nice theme. After going through the demo page I have a couple of questions for the purchase:
- Is the ‘flowing’ text on the demo landing page available in the theme as component? - The wishlist and quickview only show on the home page item gallery, but dont show on any of the shop pages. Could you confirm it’s a question of setting and they would be available if I’d need them on the Shop page. - The newsletter ‘Close’ X doesn’t work on demo, is it a known issue?

- The ‘flowing’ text is a shortcode available with the theme which you can reuse on other pages too.
- The wishlist and quickview are available as options for Product List shortcode, however, shop list uses predefined layout and this layout doesn’t include wishlist and quickview.
- We couldn’t reproduce the issue with newsletter ‘Close’ X on our demo. It is necessary to click anywhere on the page so the newsletter form would disappear.
