First of all I need to apologies, I put in a refund request last night, sorry about that, can you please ignore it! i purchased this template twice and had lots of issues with it, It took me a good few hours or so but I got everything up and running after a fresh install and db wipe. Its a great looking product and Im loving it.
The only issue I’m having is that all of my recent project slides have the same URL linked to the button. Im not very sure why but its taking the latest portfolio post and using its url for all of the other slides buttons. I also cant seem to change the background image ons single posts. Any help would be great.

Hey Im having a lot of issues on mobile (its unusable at times), I keep getting page can not be displayed, too many redirects, Ive tried turning plugins off but its still happening. Also there is an issue with the partners logos section, they appear to have hardcoded sizes, the options for resize don’t work
Hello Paul, my name is Jair from Mexico, I bought the wordpress theme called “Gilber” but even though I went through all the steps in the tutorial, including the demo content, when I want to edit it I can’t see it as in the demo. I have the “Elementor” editor installed and when I try to edit the home page, it doesn’t load except for the black background and the menu, when I click on the HOME section everything appears as the theme should look, however I can’t edit it because it takes me to a link of your site http://paul-themes.com/wordpress/gilber/#Home
That same visualization that you have on your site where the different sections are displayed is the one that I want to modify for my site but I have not been able to do it and it did not send me to the link of your page.

I won’t be able to open a ticket there as I purchased the theme through Envato Elements and site is looking for a purchase code, not a license ID.
I don’t have an issue with the theme itself. It’s just that the Elementor button for portfolio items is not editable anywhere in the code and it can’t be localized.

No, thank you. I’ve already bought this with my Envato Elements subscription, if that is not providing enough revenue, please consider not offering it in Elements to avoid negative experience for the customers of Elements.
I’ve fixed the issue with Pseudo CSS and if I have to spend $49 for something I already purchased I’d have probably purchased Elementor Pro and fix the slide myself.

I install the Gilber theme and get the following error: 1) When I installed the Demo page, the content is not visible. Only the menu. I like to have a working demo so you can easily exchange information.
2) I get the following error when I try to retrieve the page in Elementor “The content area has not been found on your page”? (the_content tag shows) If I change the template from “Fullpage Slider” to “Elementor Fullpage slider”, Then it works to retrieve the page, Can I use “Elementor Fullpage” for Gilber? If so I still can’t see my content, only the main menu.

I guess what I meant was… right now in the demo, you have only 3 in your rotating projects. Can you add as many you wish in the carousel?

Would you have a solution as to where you can display the feature ones on the homepage, and having the rest of the folio on a separate page? Its actually the only thing holding me back on buying this template – because the purpose of a folio site is to showacase just that, the entire folio.
Let me know if you guys are working on an update feature for that purpose.

Hi, Today I visited the URL you shared to submit a ticket. paul.ticksy.com Before I could submit a ticket, I had to enter my purchase key. My Gilber theme purchase has however disappeared from my downloads page. It was there on Monday for sure, because I downloaded the files to get the documentation.
If I check the theme details in Wordpress, the author is no longer paul_tf , but now VLThemes.
Does this have something to do with the purchase disappearing from my account?

Hi there. I’m sorry, it was actually on Envato Elements. The problem is that for me to submit a ticket on your support site, I need to provide the purchase code. I have the Envato Elements annual subscription so I don’t have an individual purchase code for this theme. The them license code does not work for submitting tickets. I’ve contacted Envato support about this but they do not reply and there’s no way for me to follow up. I there anything else I can try?

I accidentally deleted the “contact.jpg” from the media folder. When I reupload a file called “contact.jpg” it does not re-appear in the page. How can I fix this?

Hello, I have been having issues with the theme. When I edit in Elementor Builder, everything seems to be alright on every device but when I look through my phone, it looks different.
