Have bought this theme.... but ...this theme owner provides Very very pathetic customer support.

Also...This theme does not have H1 tag (1st Basic Major SEO parameter) for any page (that help any page to rank in search)... can you believe this.

rest login / register page is too slow to load etc etc... for all of them this author has reverted till date.

the whole concept and everything else has been changed. this is more or less forcing the people who bought it. would have been better if a new theme was done for this and the old was left as it is.

This theme has good functionalities for talent management, but at the same time is a limited design and has some bugs that can affect the functionalities and advantages offered by the Theme.

The main disappointment comes from the support, since they have not given me a solution to the problems I reported and they even stopped responding.

Gilda is complete solution for model agency. supports is also good

It constantly is breaking. I tried to work with support but they told me a bunch of confusing things that don't make sense.

An example would be that the version you download from theme forest isn't the newest version- something they tell you when you go to their forum and complain. They then want SERVER ACCESS to install. I of course say no. All this because the tabs weren't working on model page.

Give it a month later, and the talent section stopped updating. The update button just does NOTHING. Broken.

I'm not sure if this was spite from the awful customer service from the other website, the need to upgrade their product (which should only be sold as complete from theme forest the fact they are selling incomplete themes is beyond me) or if it's just broken (like it was when I first bought it and had to make all the changes myself manually through code).

I wouldn't buy this item if you have any sense. It does not work as described with out TONS of work and they try to loop you into needing constant support.

utterly rubbish , cannot say anything else really. Constantly needs updating which then loses all content, many many bugs, hard to customise and even harder to get an answer from KAYAPATI that actually makes sense. I feel themeforest should also be at fault for allowing someone to sell themes etc on here with support as well when they level of support is so poor!! Will never use this author again and other people please beware!!
