Bought the Ginea theme a while ago. At first, we had some problems setting it up, so we ended up using another theme as we were running short in time and could not find what the problem was.
But we now decided to use the theme, as we have it with no use. However, after installing it with Envato plugin and token, we cannot activate the Neuron license. Every time we try to activate it, it takes us to a page where the message “Do not have permission to proceed to this page” appears. Note that there is only one user yet on this site, with all admin permissions, so we cannot figure the problem out.
This situation sucks as we have a purchased theme, never used, and that we cannot use anyway. Could you please advise?

1.) Where is the Neuron Library located in the Kaon demo? I do not see it.

1) The Neuron Library is included in every theme that uses the Neuron Builder plugin (including the Ginea theme), the library blocks are inside Elementor Blocks, you can find the templates when you create a new section inside Elementors Editor and click on the Add Template icon.

The theme has a lot of errors, also does not work with the new ementor. Technical support is kidding. From December 10 2020 they says they will fix it. The mobile menu does not work. Product options do not work. The product import the add to cart without selecting an option. etc I have lost my customers. Shame!

Yes, of course, that you can create variable products with our Ginea theme, you can create your own style of the variable products, or you can import one of the pre-made templates of the Neuron library, where you can find some product templates that also contain variable products.

Nice theme! Thinking of buying. Couple of questions:
1. Will this theme be updated regularly? I see the last update is in August this year?
2. The Page Speed Scores are really bad (30- on mobile and 80- on desktop) for https://neuronthemes.com/ginea/. Any ideas about this? Because of the CWV, we need better scores than this.

1) The theme won’t get updated, but the Neuron Builder plugin will get updated time by time, and you can update it directly for the dashboard by going to Dashboard > Updates.

Sorry if I haven’t been clear.
The theme won’t be updated, but the Neuron Builder plugin will, and if the plugin is not compatible with the future versions of the WP and WooCommerce, you don’t have to check for theme updates but for the Neuron Builder plugin updates.
So every feature, plugins compatibility, issue fixes, etc., will be included in the Neuron Builder plugin updates.

That section is created with the Flip Box element, so in the Flip Box you can add front and back content, the front content will display as static and when you hover you can see the back content.
There’s a video tutorial of the Flip Box element, not the same as in the Classic Furniture demo, but the tutorial is just an introduction to the element.
You can take a look at the following article and you’ll find all of the widgets/elements that are included in our theme/builder.

Yes, you can use it, but we’ve added some custom CSS to the flip box element to style it the way it is in the Classic Furniture demo, so you can use the copy and paste the Flip Box element from the demo where it’s styled, and then all you need to do is to change the content inside the element. So you can use the element in the way you want.

The demos of the Ginea theme are grouped in the Giena demo, so you have to import the Giena demo and you’ll get all the demos of the theme. Can you please check the following video on how to import the pre made Demo Websites with Neuron Builder, the demos that you’ll see in the video tutorials are just samples, and they’re not included in the Ginea theme.

Yes, of course, you can allow the user to register by going to the Dashboard > WooCommerce > Accounts & Privacy, then you can choose if you want the user to create an account during checkout or on the “My Account” page.
And about the order history, it is placed on the My Account Page.
