Pre-sale question. Is this theme really easy to customize? I have bought others and it turns out they are not. I need to be able to re-size photos to fit into the modules provided without breaking the code. I am using Mailster. Also, do you have a lot of documentation on customizing colors etc?

So, I bought this theme, (LOVE it!) and installed it as the default. I have installed other themes and did not have any problems. I created a new Autoresponder in Mailster. The theme shows it is loaded, but also shows all the modules in the new window. I cannot delete any of those modules or work on them in any way. I also cannot add modules to the new window. Nothing is working with this theme. Please advise, I need to work on this ASAP. Thanks in advance for your help.
Maybe I need to re-install it. Would like to know your thoughts first though.
So, I went ahead and deleted the template and re-downloaded it from Envato and same thing, NOT WORKING!
I am able to change or delete text and boxes in the module itself, but cannot delete module in whole, see code, duplicate, or move it up or down.
Unfortunately, I received no documentation in the download. Maybe that would help me figure out what the problem is.
I love your GINX theme, I still would like to use it, however it does not work with Mailster, as promised in a Pre-Sales email I sent to you.

Even though you emailed me back immediately after my Pre-Sales question email, I have not received any word or support from you on this GINX theme I bought from you through Envato. It simply does not work. I will have to seek a refund if I do not hear back from you today.
Again, I would really like to use this theme if it worked.
