Demo content of the theme is built with WPBakery page builder which is included as bundled plugin with the theme. Unfortunately theme is not compatible with Elementor.

Where and how do we change the color accents for page elements like accordions? There’s a little orange stripe down the side of each section and none of us can find where to change that color! It’s not anywhere in the theme options we can find or within the element itself. Thanks so much.

We will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with the next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Some of the features are achieved with YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations Premium plugin. The theme is compatible with YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations, however this plugin is not included with the theme and if you wish to use it you would need to purchase it separately.

But that’s not right, I bought the theme along with everything it contains. You did not specify in docx that we had to buy the plugin ourselves. I can not buy the plugins that you have included. Please give me the pro version of the plugin or I will have to ask for compensation or rate you 1 star.

Unfortunately, this plugin could not be included within the bundled plugins so you will have to install it yourself. We are sorry if there’s been any misunderstanding, however, we have listed plugins which are included within the theme in the Theme Features list and YITH WooCommerce Color and Label Variations is not listed as included.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Of course, some compatibility issues might occur once in a while and there’s nothing we can do about that. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.
You can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agent can assist you with deregistration.

You still ask for the full price but updates are over a year overdue. Any chance to get further updates and support on this theme, or is it like with others here on ThemeForest that a theme suddenly disappears and the customer gets screwed?

Hey there. Looking at the changelog it says that your last update was on November 13th, 2020. However, in the product details it says that its latest update was on November 30th, 2021.
Where can I find an updated version of the changelog? And also, I would like to know wich version of Dokan does the theme support?

Regarding that update from November 30th, 2021., this is an update made by our marketing team which does not have any impact on our theme files, you will for sure be notified once a theme update is out. The last update on theme files was on November 13th, 2020. and you can check that in the changelog for this theme.
When it comes to Dokan plugin, this theme does not have Dokan included, it only have compatibuility with it. Please note that our developers are constantly working on updates for all our themes. We are always working on our new theme updates, where we are including latest versions of included plugins or implementing some fixes, or adding new feature but we can’t tell exactly when it is going to be released, but we hope that update will be available soon.

All themes on ThemeForest, including Gioia need to pass W3C validation, but unfortunately they are not WCAG 2.0 compliant since there are several points which are very demanding for multi purpose themes where Visual Page builder is used. Some elements, like sliders, do not need / have alt text, and this is just a minor example.
