I'm so sorry for the inconvenience you've got with our support service. Our staff found the problems with mega menu, and it's caused by plugin DW Mega Menu. We're still looking the solution for fix it. At this moment, I've fixed it temporarily by adding class "fix-menu" for you. The first child menu item must hide after added this class to fix the issues. You could check your website for review.
