1. But we tried to contact you on forum support and have been waiting your replies for few days.
2. Also, this kind of problem is independent of the theme. Please contact your web hosting provider and ask them to verify your server can make outside connections.

When someone is looking for a trendy designer theme, go.arch is something different an should be one of your choices!
Also for non-architectual purposes. I'm using go.arch meanwhile for the 3rd time and non of them is for an architect...
