hi, i get the theme on elements portal but i can’t activate it. I can’t open a ticket on the forum. How can i solve this? Thanks
Hi, if you get the theme on Envato Element, it’s impossible to activate the product license. You’re supposed to extract the theme package and import the demo content with XML file included in the package.

Even after making needed changes to template layout, it isnt getting changed. after clicking on update. its rolling back to default template layout and couldnt even make chnages to footer at all.. this been an issue from very long time and no one is respodning through suppport. plz help

Hi, sorry for any inconvenience! The theme absolutely allows users to apply a header image to all pages. I thought you edited the wrong template layout. Pages on the theme are assigned to different templates which you can find in Golden Hearts Options > Templates. If you don’t want to use too many templates, you can delete some of them and assign your pages to the rest. About demo import issue, please create a ticket, we will help you figure it out immediately. Best regards,
Hi BaoBui, most likely I have not correctly illustrated the problems encountered. We would like to have a theme that allows to have a different header image for each page. Initially with respect to the demo import problem, we proceeded with a manual import via xml, but the theme options DO NOT allow saving. Unfortunately, other users also complain about the same problems in your support forum. There is obviously something wrong. Now we have to proceed with the work commissioned by the Client. We work and have no time to waste to see if the theme works. And what is even more serious: even if it results in making “custom” changes to solve the problems, they would be lost in subsequent updates. So you should think about reviewing the entire release flow instead of chasing hypothetical compatibility problems. Then do as you like best. I’m really sorry but we have to release a product and the customer is rightly angry. We cannot work this way.
