In fact, the theme does not come with WPML – it is compatible with WPML. So you need to buy the WPML license separately from the theme – the WPML and WPML license do not come packaged with the theme.

Goldenblatt theme creates several thumbnails in order to optimize the images on the front end of the site. Most likely, a fatal error happens on your server in this process.

The best option is to take a look at the php error log and identify the fatal error which causes this. It will give you the clear indication of what is the underlying cause. Our bet is on the server memory.

Hello, thank you again for replying, but wanted to check in one last time since I heard back from Godaddy’s WordPress Premium Support team. This is what they said:

“However, after conducting thorough troubleshooting and engaging in extensive discussions with the entire team, we regrettably could not identify a viable solution. Our analysis suggests that the problem stems from the theme itself. As both the theme and all associated plugins are up-to-date, we kindly advise reaching out to the support team for further assistance.

We also did not find any useful information in the debug.log file.”

In order to exclude compatibility with the Managed WordPress hosting platform as a potential cause, I have performed a test by migrating the site to another cPanel server, and unfortunately, the issue persists.

The thing is that none of Goldenblatt users on GoDaddy or elsewhere experience this kind of issue.

GoDaddy’s response seems like they have not really taken a closer look at what is going on. We would certainly like to get to the bottom of it.

Have you got the chance to take a look at the error logs? As said it would give a good starting point to establish the actual cause of the issue.

You are probably running a version of the theme which is not compatible with your current version of WordPress.

Please update the theme to the latest version – 1.1.8 https://documentation.bold-themes.com/changelog/goldenblatt-changelog.txt

Please make sure to update the Goldenblatt plugin and Bold Builder plugin as well once you update the theme.

You can update the theme using the methods described in the following article: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7123/ If you can not access to wp-admin at the moment, you should use the manual, ftp method.

And it should resolve the issue.

The demo import includes all the images as seen on our demo site. Please note though that the images are not licensed for third party production use, so if you intend to use theme on your final site, you should license them separately on ShutterStock. We can provide the link to the ShutterStock collection used in Goldenblatt demos.

Yes, the demo comes with the WooCommerce products as well, but you can choose not to install and activate the WooCommerce plugin prior to the import and demo products will not be imported.

Currently there is no out of the box option to move the mobile menu to the right side, you would need to add custom CSS.

Ok, thank you. Purchasing the theme. I will open a ticket later when we have the website ready to help us move the mobile menu to the right.

It makes more sense the menu to be on the right side of the screen as most people are right handed. A left menu serves only left handed people.

First thing is to download newest theme version from ThemeForest Download section. You should download ‘Installable WordPress file only’ package.

1. From WP dashboard go to Appearance > Themes, 2. Click Add New button, 3. Click Upload Theme button, 4. Click Choose File to select downloaded zip archive, then click Install Now, 5. Wait for the upload to finish, then click Replace current with uploaded button.

Keep your eyes on potential required plugin update messages at wp-admin dashboard once you replace the files. You should update all required plugins if the updated theme suggests so.

The Goldenblatt theme does not require license activation for support and updates.

You have purchased the Goldenblatt theme and the purchase code you are using is related to the theme purchase. On the other hand, you are trying to use that purchase code with the Bold Timeline plugin or Cost Calculator plugin which come with the theme.

You should not activate the licenses of packaged plugins

The packaged plugin updates will come packaged with new releases of the theme your client has purchased, Goldenblatt .

Just ignore the plugin activation screen and you will be fine.
