But the testing process will take some time. For this reason, I am not able to provide the exact date of the release.

The error you get means that upload_max_filesize on the server is lower than required. Please increase it to 32M.
Alternatively, you may upload the extracted theme folder to wp-content/themes directory via FTP. Then activate the theme in admin -> Appearance -> Themes.
