This is a very poor template. No documentation to let you know what needs to be done or how to do it. Customizing the template is so stiff. So separate column for elements, all elements in a section share a column which makes customizing difficult.

Easy and nice Theme
I do NOT recommend purchasing that template as the plugs that you need to have to make the demo work, can not be installed with WordPress easily. ERRORS all the time.
The worst experience ever! Instead of fixing the issue with the plug-in that I had, once I gave them the access to my admin, the help desk (Asif Jun 19, 2022, 08:33 AM) made it worst!!

Better choose another one and also help desk is really not helpful. Since 7 June 2022 I ask to support and today 20 June, my problem is not fixed! They make it worst!!!
AVOID giving them access to your admin. The best is that you don't buy that template.
This theme is absolutely wonderful. The time from download to site activation was minimal. Customer support is competent and reliable. The site demo import was a lifesaver. I would recommend this theme. This theme can be used for beginners.
For such a great theme the customer support service was absolutely horrible. There were days when there was no response. I only received 2 messages. "Send your login credentials and Request a Refund.
The Issue: My Events portion of the website wasn't working. My client loves the theme. Even if it was obsolete, to let us know would have been greatly appreciated. I'm afraid that because of when the theme was made it may be unable to keep it's the luster of all the functionalities over time. It was great while it lasted. Thanks

Them itself is beautiful and easy to work, there was a few bugs support team helped to solve them
The template is beautiful and well designed. I had a few installation issues and Tech Support was very helpful and quick to respond. Great experience!
