people should know this theme breaks your site with the current wordpress. and it has been nearly two weeks that my site has been down with no update to fix the theme or any responding to assist me. it seems the author has abandoned this product so i dont advise anyone to purchase. i dont see the reason to submit a support ticket when a theme is just broken and wordpress is deactivating it, it simply cannot be used in the current state.

so i dont think renewing support entails a theme completely being broken. Current WP isnt even letting me load this theme :/ im getting

GoodStore This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

Hello, I can’t change the logo. also can you guide me for simple image slider on the main page? this is so complicated to use. WordPress supposed to make things easy. your support page needs registration. how many accounts can a person have 1000? you should allow asking question by asking the purchase ID.

Why you didn’t include any screenshots? This is so bad. I have used the documentation main_files/goodstore/help/documentation/index.html#2_2 but Logo Settings Logo: Click the [Upload] button to select and upload your own logo. Logo Margin – Top: This allows to set the top margin of your logo. Enter a value in pixels. Logo Margin – Left: Enter the left margin value in pixels. Logo Margin – Bottom: Enter the bottom margin value in pixels. Retina Ready: This option allows to display your logo in high quality on the Retina display

Hi – I have tried registering on the support forum but it says my purchase code not valid. I have upgraded to wordpress 5.7 and the JAw template is generating errors all over the place. After updating to wordpress 5.5.1 I get a bunch of jquery errors. I had to install something to handle them. Do you have any updates?? The site would be broken had I not installed the jQuery Migrate Helper

I guess we didnt change plugins version so you will have to just copypaste all theme-related plugins via FTP or you can just make a request at jaw[at]jawtemplates.com and we will do it ;)

I’m having serious issues with this theme. No adequate documentation was provided on how to update the theme with the recent update. Nothing works and can’t event update footer widgets. This is not the first time functionality stopped working out of no where. Please get back to my email with a resolve.

I have problems with your theme version 5.2 running over Wordpress 5.5. When you try to manage the theme from Theme Options.. I only can see a page without any option. Only one menu, and the buttons por save, cancel, etc. Nothing work.

I’ve re-install the buyed theme due a general failure. I think that was a local problem, but now I know that is a problem of theme. I’m running PHP 7.4 on my server, too

Hi there, Bought 2 licences (and now I regret it), waited an year an a half to receive the promised v.5 of this theme…. I have received your feedback to request the theme update via e-mail.
