I created a support ticket, but no reply. Installing sample content locks up at 5%, and takes the entire server down. to recover, I have to restore from a snapshot. Please help.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

We have licensed Goodwish v3.5. Last update was in Feb 2022. Are you still compatible with GiveWP v3.), just released? I am having issues – cannot save the new GiveWP form.

Thanks for writing in! Our theme comes included with Elementor regular version and this option is only included with Elementor PRO. Our theme has its own header and footer options which you can use and it is not supported with Elementor PRO.

I’ve been working installing this theme for nearly 72 hours. Insanely frustrating process. Please Help! I’m literally back to not even being able to “register the theme” with my purchase code and email address. It’s stuck on “please wait”. Before today, it was stuck on NOT ALLOWING ME to edit the theme using Elementor. I re-installed every level of this process, including my PHP…my WORDPRESS and even re-installing the this theme. This theme is one of the most EXPENSIVE themes I’ve purchased on this site and I’ve been with Themeforest over 8 years and of course this would be the one that is the most difficult to work with. I need help with this or a refund because seriously, there is a major issue with this theme keep getting stuck at multiple spots and not moving forward to full installation.

Hi when is the next update for the theme coming out? It says it was last updated in 2022.

We are currently working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. This can be done even if your support period has expired. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.
You can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will assist you with deregistration.

Any ideas why the ipad view doesnt take the mobile nav but tries using the main navigation?

The breakpoint for mobile header is 1024px, however newer ipads have a bit larger horizontal view resolution and the regular header is being shown when horizontal layout is used.
