The shop page never lays out the products correctly, it always seems to skip levels. Like I’ll have 3 products in one row and one product in the next them 2 in the third. REALLY annoying. Theme has been super buggy the entire time ive had it.

You can easily set your home page like our site’s demo home page. Just import demoContent.xml file using WordPress Importer plugins. You can find demoContent.xml file in your download folder which you have downloaded from ThemeForest. You can read our documentation for more help.

there is a option in single product that you can add variations, so if you want you can add Sizes like (S, M, L, XL).
Yes, stock option is also available. You can set product stocks, after finishing stock it will show out of stock or you can add more in stock.

I was going through the theme preview, does it filtering by price or checkbox system where i could search for such item? also when i go to view cart it just refreshes the page but does not go to the cart, Can you help me out on these?

If you set your shop page with left or right sidebar layout, you can easily set a price search widget in sidebar. And cart page is working fine, if you face any problem after purchasing, we will help you to fix any issues.
