Please explain what issues you are having?
Very poor theme, uncomfortable and not flexible visual editor, no theme support and attached documentation does not explain the work with kit well enough

Can't seem to fix padding issues on mobile, have the builders dont work... Honestly this theme is a big mess.

You must be missing something in it
I request you to send your site access and screenshot where you are seeing issues and we will check that for you. It will be little unfair if you directly write review without even asking for support.
Reason for my rating:
1) Bugs
- Translations, layouts and other bugs that are making out website look like a failed high-school science project.
2) Code Quality
- The code is not connecting properly with WooCommerce and some of the plugins we have (even those that came with the theme itself).
3) Bad customer support
- Due all this issues, we had to hire an other developer to help us, since the support doesn't work. E-mails with no response, actions that we are still waiting.
That coasted us more money and time.
The design of the theme is very good, but due all of this problems that caused several delays in our project, we are very disappointed.

In GoShop all of functionality working fine and there is no problem to set up. It is 100% WooCommerce ready and 3.X version compatible. We are asking you to send us your site URL and admin access and send clear instruction where is your problem, we need to see first and we always ready to give support our clients.
All translations are checked for latest version of WooCommerce and you can translate it any language. We do not want to waste your time and money, please provide your site details and what you want, we will do it for you.

Nice documentation!
The only negative thing that I found is the only english native language available (because I'm from Chile, we speak spanish), but is a little detail.
Everything is ok, I recommend this purchase if you need a fast theme customization.
The support team helped me to solve the problem very well.
