I’m getting some failed to load on the updated page-builder-pmc-shortcode-gothicus when trying to edit pages. it seems like subfolders in the tinymce like colorpicker, wpedtimage, wordpress, wpautoresize, wpemoji, etc etc.

As I explained before … The problem with the image is the use of special characters in the image file name. Try to see this same image of the fridge magnet (http://snapnote.io/0oKqXU) that sent me on my cell phone. You will not be able to view it. I repeat the problem is in rendering the site images that contain special characters. This image that you sent me does not have special characters, so it usually loads in the browser on the computer, however as I imagine it renames the file to apply it in the smaller size, so it does not open and vice versa. This image of the lamp will appear on the phone, but it does not appear in the browser. However, if the site is responsive it should be displayed on all platforms. As I said before, I’m already tired of doing tests, the closest fix I got was using a function that removes the special characters (https://en.stackoverflow.com/questions/198010/images-n%C3 % A3o-carry-safari-and-iphone / 198091). But this function still has not worked. I set the environment and template locally to check if there was any template incompatibility, but I noticed that the simplified template already has the same problem. Simple solution: make a new template work.
why would you use special characters in filenames? Special characters shouldn’t be used in filenames, there’s no real purpose for it. Also none of the links above work. We will not change the Theme in this regard as it works like it should. You can however get a refund, simply request it at Envato. Thanks.
I’ll say it again because I do not think you understand yet. The problem is not just to avoid special characters, because the template itself renames files by entering special characters. these are not special characters, it just resizes them and adds like _700-600.jpg at the end.
But if you mean the image in single product that is hidden on mobile on purpose (same as on live demo), so we can add CSS to display it. But it has nothing to do with special chars. You can write to support and we can add it there.
