I purchased a theme, how do I install it? I keep getting an error when trying to install

We’re sorry for the inconvenience but this is not a WordPress theme. This is a HTML template which is a completely different type of item. “Themes” and “Templates” are different formats. Please do not forget to check the category of an item carefully before purchasing. Because like us, many authors don’t refund mistaken purchases.
