I open the gourmet folder, I see 4 other folders:css, inc, languages, licensing.
I open the inc folder, I see 2 zip files: hybrid-composer, revslider.

Your hosting may have some incompatibility, PHP Version (max 8.0 but try with 7.4 as well), some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/gourmet/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 15USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.

Check the Ligthbox / buttons docs for help about showing a video on click. You can use buttons and image box component for that, just enter the youtube video link and set lightbox as open type.

You can not import external fonts, you can use only the Google fonts available in Theme option.

Hi! I’ve got a big issue with the theme. Since a month or 2 I can’t see anything anymore at the backend in Wordpress. I just see html text on some pages and I see literally nothing on other page. No option to use the builder but also not the existing building blocks and their content. I think I need to send you I video to show what I mean. Is that possible? Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately, Gutenburg was disabled already and installing the classic editor doesn’t do anything either. I tried making a new page and I do see the builder there. But when I make a text block for example, it doesn’t show anything on the front end (first save it, then preview it). Once I return to Wordpress, the text I’ve put in the block has changed to a big HTML code instead of the 3 words I typed there. It’s really difficult to explain everything that’s going on. It’s really just a big mess.

You have an old version of the Hybrid Composer plugin . Download it again from here, then install Hybrid Composer plugin again( delete your current version) that is inside the /inc/ folder.

Hi I’m having some issues with sending emails with the contact form. In my console I’m receiving the error { success: false, message: ‘You must provide at least one recipient email address.’ }. I would like to put a Slider in the “Home page”. But in the theme I can not see any section to put it and if I put a new section with the embed code I can not see it neither.

Insert the slider shortcode into a CODE BLOCK or TEXT BLOCK component.
They grey area is an image, Edit the page and you will see it, it is clearly visible, please check better.

Images are always shown correctly, “medium” “large” “original” is only the image size, no the size of the rendered image in your website. You can not alter this and no need for that 
To center a column create 1 column and assign the class column center(click the “gear” icon on the top right of the column to open the Settings Box) and into it insert the other columns.

You can use CSS or the component WordPress Editor. A text is white if its component or a container of it has the class “white” checked.
