The theme is compatible with WordPress 5.6. To avoid any issues, bundled plugins should be updated to the latest version using Themerex Updater plugin included in the package. Built-in contact form can be modified via theme files. As an alternative solution, you may replace default form with a Contact form 7, it offers advanced settings for the form.
Booking form on Homepage is also created with Contact form 7 plugin and can be managed under Contact tab in WordPress dashboard.

I’m thinking of buying this theme, but i would like to make a question before: is it mobile phone compatible? if i enter the demo page and make it mobile phone size, booking form dissapears and for me is very important that booking form appears in mobile phones.

Sure, it is fully responsive on mobile devices. By default, Contact form on slider is hidden for smaller devices, you can enable it if necessary.

Sorry i dont know if im ok with your answer. Are you telling me that if i want woocommerce i have to pay and extra cost for it? Another thing that i need to know. This is a nursing project, o need that the nurse Who want to talk with me can registré by them self, so o thing that it can be done by an databa contacto form. WooCommerce plugin is free, you can install it and use, however please note that since it’s not included in the theme package, you will need to create additional styles for shop/product pages. Feel free to create them by yourself. Alternatively, you can order customization.
You can enable default WordPress user registration. It includes basic user roles (for more information please visit https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities)
By default, there is no option with geolocation, that offers the nearest/closest nurses – you may need to install additional plugins for this feature.

The theme is a skin for WordPress engine, it doesn’t include mobile apps.
