Hello, I’m doing some research before buying and I have some questions about the theme.
1. Is it possible to apply a dark style to different types of pages?
2. Is it possible to easily have a wide two-column layout on blog pages?
3. Is it possible to have a sticky header?

1. You can change the color of all elements on the pages in the Elementor editor, be it text, heading, background, overlay, etc. But there is no dark mode/toggle in the theme, you will need to manually set the colors to dark if you want the entire page to become in the dark design. Here’s how: a) https://elementor.com/help/global-colors/ b) https://elementor.com/help/background-site-settings/
2. In the Elementor Builder you can set an unlimited number of columns.
3. There are 4 navigations in the Grafton theme. 3 of them are sticky. For example: https://grafton-theme.jk-studio-dev.com/

Hello! Thank you for your interesting in our theme! Unfortunately, there are no such plugins in Grafton. Theme was made exclusively on the blog .You can download and install these plugins, but the styles and functionality in them will be default. If there’s anything else let me know.

Hello! Thank you for your interest in out theme! You don’t need to buy Elementor Pro, because our theme has many unique Elementor widgets that were developed by our development team. But Elementor is required, the entire site is completely built on it, even the creation of blog posts is edited in the Elementor editor. Without it, you will lose all functionality. There is not a single static block or element in our theme. Everything can be customized using Elementor Page Builder, even blog post.
You can add a background color, image, gradient, video and slideshow + any background overlay to each section. Or set background for an entire theme at once. There is a detailed documentation of the Elementor, so you can see how: https://docs.elementor.com/article/190-change-background-image
You can set the theme color, Elementor widgets colors, and change the color of the typography widgets like title, text directly in the Elementor editor.
You can also add a sidebar/sidebars to the page, change its width, margins/paddings, and widgets inside it. Our theme has a lot of custom sidebar widgets. You can find out the rules for using regular & extended licenses in the documentation: Regular: https://bit.ly/2IX12K9 Extended: https://bit.ly/2IR2RIq
In short, you can use 1 regular license for 1 domain (this does not apply to test, local and servers that are closed to public access). You can also unlimited reinstall the theme if you do it on 1 domain. You can transfer the theme from one domain to another, if you agree with the rules of regular/extended license.
